Granted right – after purchasing you will be granted an exclusive, permanent, limited right to use the documentation solely for the internal needs within the Client’s Company.

Warranties and Liabilities – Upon payment, you agree, acknowledge, and accept to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below:

It is prohibited to use the documentation or part of it, commercially or for any purpose, or for any need, not directly related to the Client’s internal business;

It is prohibited to distribute, transmit or transfer in any way, the original or copies (soft/hard) of the documentation, or any document based on Bio-Chem’s Information, including creating a document/presentation/article that has changed in comparison to the original text included in Bio-Chem Information, or using that information except for regulatory bodies inspections, without previously obtaining the written consent from Bio-Chem Ltd., with Bio-Chem’s Admin signature to perform such action;

It is prohibited to sell or offer the documents/presentations to sell or get any kind of remuneration in return;

It is prohibited to print, publish, and make available to the public, through wired/ wireless systems, or by enabling unauthorized third persons to access the documents;

It is not authorized to transfer any rights to associated or non-associated legal or any third parties, including your affiliates, business or otherwise, or to grant any such third party any right to use the documentation without written authorization previously granted by Bio-Chem Ltd;

Consultation – When purchased without consultation It shall be the Client’s own responsibility to ensure that the documentation/webinar is in alignment with its company’s specific requirements and it does not replace the necessity for consultation at the specific area of the documentation/webinar purchased.

Unauthorized use of the documentation Any use of the documentation and content on this website is strictly prohibited. It is forbidden to publish the information /documents/presentations/videos/ content as a whole and/or part of them in any internet forum, blog, personal website, course, webinar, a professional and/or a commercial site, marketing materials, or non-profit website, without written permission from Eran Yona (email: eran@bio-chem.co.il).

Any such use may result in a prosecution of a civil lawsuit for damages and/or a criminal procedure in a Court of Law.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of  purchase:

in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transactions) Regulations, 2010, within 14 days from the date of purchase of a course, you may cancel the purchase In case the purchase was completed more than 21 working days before the course dates. by submitting a written notice within fourteen (14) business days.

Cancellation of purchase will be performed by calling 072-2337710 or sending an e-mail to info@bio-chem.co.il, in a message that will include the buyer’s details and order details.
